We will ship all orders via USPS unless otherwise specified
by the customer. Although the postal service charges by
weight, our charges will be applied per the chart below. Any
additional fees (FedEx; UPS) will be added for other
shipping methods above the chart costs.

or others will be charged our standard charge plus any additional

All wood, cottonwood bark, cutouts
or other items to large to be shipped via USPS will be shipped
at actual cost via FedEx (The over $140.00 free shipping
does not apply to these items or other large items such as
dust collectors)

seven days a week 24 hours a day by using our printable order
form. Complete the order form and fax it to us.

RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with
your purchase, return it within 15 days for a full refund
less postage and handling. Please call or e-mail before returning
for an authorization number. Books cannot be returned.
Limited Warranty:
All wood burners and power
tools carry a manufacturer’s warranty that
will be applied to these products. Defective tools are to
be returned to Sunshine Wood Carving Supply.
All warranties will be voided
if there is damage to the product resulting from tampering,
accident, abuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs or alterations,
unapproved attachments or other causes unrelated to problems
with material or workmanship. The
warranty does not apply to accessories such as power cords,
grinding burrs, sanding drums, gouges, drills, etc. |
